Life doesn’t end after a weekend service or when you exit the church building. Neither should our prayer life. Matter of fact, we probably need prayer throughout the week more than we do on Sunday mornings. That’s why we have this prayer network. Think of it as the place where we connect as a church—sharing and praying together. Submit your prayer request using the button below and your request will be shared with our Prayer Team who will then begin praying for you!

If you'd like to be part of our volunteer prayer team who prays over prayer requests, please send an email to care@thebayouchurch.org.

21 Days of Prayer

Join us for 21 Days of Prayer, January 8-29!

The Auditorium will be open for guided prayer Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 1:00pm, Saturdays from 8:00am to 9:00am, and Thursday nights at 6:30pm for Pray First, creating space for you to connect with God in a focused, meaningful way. Each week will highlight a different theme: humility, being filled by God, and being used by God.

No need to sign up—we’d love for you to join us as we seek God together to start the year.

Prayer Opportunities

Pray First

Join us on Thursday nights from 6:30pm - 7:30pm for Pray First—an opportunity to pray together and know God more fully as our provider and our sustainer. Childcare up through fifth grade is provided. No need to RSVP—we'd love to see you there as we pray together.

Worship Night

On select Thursday nights throughout the year, we pause amid the busyness of life to spend time in worship and prayer. It's an inspiring and relaxed evening of worshiping God together. Our hope is that you'll be refreshed and encouraged as we celebrate God's greatness and love for us through uplifting songs and prayer. We have childcare for birth-5th grade, and no registration is needed. Just show up. We'd love for you to join us! Check our events page for details.

Prayer Guide

Prayer is not a recitation, but a conversation—a conscious, personal communication with God. Just as God speaks to us in His Word, He is listening when we pray. It may not feel that way, but He is always on the other side of prayer. You can pray anytime and anywhere. Check out this prayer guide for more tips on building your prayer life.
