Madeline joined The Bayou's staff as Care Coordinator in 2025. With a background of closely working with people from all walks of life, she enjoys creating spaces where people feel comfortable enough to let their guard down. She is flexible, personable, and Team Jesus! Outside of work, Madeline enjoys crafting, doing anything outdoors, and listening to live music with her husband, Alex.
