Lydia Hoffpauir

Lydia started at The Bayou in 2012. Her analytical mind, passion for helping others grow spiritually, and sass are the perfect blend in her role as Connect Director. Lydia develops processes to help move people from guests to living out their purpose by facilitating relational connects and the spiritual growth of adults through weekend services, discipleship strategies, and volunteer teams. She also invests in and develops leaders through relationships and programs to grow in their spiritual maturity. When not working, Lydia enjoys being at home with her husband, Cody, and three children.
