Madelyn, or Maddie, joined The Bayou staff in 2015. She loves being part of how The Bayou impacts Acadiana and the kingdom of heaven through her role as Executive Director of Weekend Services. Maddie's primary responsibility is overseeing all aspects of our weekend gatherings and leadership of our worship, tech, communications, video, and NextGen teams. She is a systematic and organized thinker, with a knack for enhancing creativity, efficiency, and quality in all she does. While not at work Maddie enjoys reading, spending time with friends and her husband, Matt.
