Megan Leonard

Megan joined The Bayou Church staff in 2025 as the Inclusion Coordinator, bringing years of experience as a pediatric speech-language pathologist and her love for Jesus. Her servant heart, caring nature, and creativity shine in this role. She is passionate about helping families of special needs children get connected in our Christ-centered community and sharing the love of Jesus. She believes that every child, regardless of ability, deserves access to the message of God's unfailing grace and love. Megan is married to Kane and is blessed to be called “mom/bruh” by two amazing boys. She enjoys traveling, especially to the beach, reading, learning, and quality time with her family and tribe.
