Dakota Pique

Dakota joined The Bayou staff after serving as a volunteer bassist beginning in 2021. With a degree in Jazz Studies from UL and a background as a longtime music instructor, he brings both creativity and a heart for teaching into his role. He especially enjoys investing in volunteers and helping people step into the areas where they feel called and equipped to serve. Outside of ministry, Dakota is a competitive pickleball player and hobbyist stenographer. He and his wife, Gabrielle, were married in 2023 and have a two-year-old Labrador retriever.
