The Bayou Chazown

Living out God's vision for a church requires more than good intentions. This message explores generosity as the first essential for pursuing The Bayou Church's chazown, reminding us that God is not after our money but after our hearts, and that when we give, we express our trust in the One who provides.

Ephesians 4 shows us that the body of Christ grows as each part does its work. This message explores serving as the second essential for living out our church's chazown, how using our time, gifts, and abilities builds up the body of Christ, and the joy of doing God's work together.

One year into the Decades vision, there is much to celebrate. This message looks back at what God has done through baptisms, growing attendance, small groups, and over half a million dollars given away, and invites us to keep expressing our faith through generosity as God brings the vision to life, because it is all about transformed lives.
